Kathy Deck explained a new Fayetteville Shale study from UA’s Center for Business and Economic Research. The Foundation’s Greg Kaza reviewed the different ways state government and Arkansas entrepreneurs respond to economic recession, and why tax cuts are a legitimate policy response.
